DOVE Christian Fellowship International (DCFI) is a family of cell-based churches throughout the world with each congregation having their own elders team. The material in this seminar comes from years of training these church elders. Based on New Testament leadership principles, the seminar will equip elders to provide protection, direction and correction in the local church. This leadership training seminar will allow you to understand what we have learned about biblical leadership.
